Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs developed a temporary form of the Notice of Departure

For the purpose of fulfilling Federal Law No. 257-FZ dated July 29, 2018 “On Introducing Amendments to Articles 8 and 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation’ in terms of deregistration of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation”, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed a temporary form of the Notice of Departure.
